1. I just received my package of Douwe Egberts Coffee what is the ratio of coffee to water for brewing?
Start with one tablespoon per cup of coffee and adjust from there. A little more for a stronger cup and a bit less for a weaker cup of coffee.

3. I had the best cup of coffee I have ever tasted in a restaurant. The server told me it was Douwe Egberts. What coffee should I buy that is similar to the one at the restaurant?
Restaurants use a liquid coffee concentrate that is diluted with hot water in a special commercial coffee maker. Douwe Egberts ground, whole bean and instant coffees for retail share similar qualities, (Full body, Smooth and Balanced) of the commercial coffee but are not an exact match. The retail coffee blends will vary in the subtleties of the over finish. We suggest you try Aroma Red, a medium roast and our most popular blend.

6. How long does it take to ship my package?
We process, pack and deliver your orders to USPS or FedEx within two business days. Then based on the shipping method you choose the time for the actual shipping begins.

7. How is the shipping cost determined?
We charge shipping costs based on the actual weight of the package with rates provided by USPS or Fed Ex. There are no extra shipping or handling charges. Coffee invariably is a heavy commodity to ship. The first pound is the most expensive. Each additional pound added within the same order becomes less expensive. Example, a package which is one pound may cost $7 to ship. A five pound order to the same address would be $10. We encourage you to take advantage of our free shipping offer. 8. How do I return an order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept returns and issue a credit within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be unopened and in good condition. There will be no refunds on shipping charges in this case.If the items have been damaged or destroyed due to shipping, contact us for return authorization and we will refund the shipping cost. The damaged items will be replaced or we will credit your payment.Return authorization must be obtained for all returned merchandise by contacting us at the following Email address.

9. Where can I service my commercial coffee maker?
You will need to contact your local representative from your wholesale account or vendor. We do not offer service for commercial coffee machines.
